Un b/n gradevole ma a livello di composizione avrei inquadrato un po' più in basso: così, c'è troppa fronte in alto, si intravede l'attaccatura dei capelli mentre il bordo superiore taglia il resto, il mento in basso è a contatto del bordo ed entrano tre dita appena accennate a "sporcare" la composizione...
Per carità, gli sguardi dei soggetti sono interessanti (e quindi la foto si lascia guardare comunque), ma quello non è merito del fotografo. 
A b / w pleasant but at the level of composition I would have framed a bit 'lower: so, there's too much up front, you can see the hairline and the top edge cuts the rest, chin down is Contact the board and enter three fingers just mentioned to "dirty" the composition ...
