Mi dispiace essere il solito guastafeste ma il filo d'erba è completamente fuori fuoco, il fuoco cade tutto su la civetta, elemento di disturbo che distrae lo sguardo dal vero soggetto della foto. So che non è corretto farlo ma io al tuo posto avrei usato un metodo un po forte, uscendo dal tuo appostamento avresti potuto facilmente far scappare quell'uccellaccio per poter scattare tranquillamente il filo che sarebbe rimasto li sicuramente. 
Sorry to be a killjoy but usually the blade of grass is completely out of focus, the focus falls on all the little owl, disturbing element that distracts the eye from the main subject of the photo.
