Anche io avrei cercato più profondità chiudendo un po' il diaframma, resta comunque un'immagine decisamente suggestiva e un ottimo documento!

Thanks for pick up my picture! :-) You are absolutely right. I would prefer also better aperture, using tripod and so on. I dont know why but as usual, once I find something interesting, conditions getting worse. I "used" my wife as shadow maker in strong sunlight and low aperture to get as fast shutter speed as possible in that extraordinary windy day :-D Heavy mantids on the top of nearly one meter high plant traveled there and back as boat on stormy ocean. Only one of about 160 shots was sharp on green head. :-) Why so many pictures are combination of happiness and frustration? :-D |

Non me ne voglia l'autore ma vedo una fotografia tecnicamente sbagliata ed esteticamente quantomeno discutibile.
Avrebbe un senso se ci fosse un "la posto come documento...." etc. etc.
Il fatto invece che sia risultata un EP, ha fatto spegnere il computer a me e a molti dei miei conoscenti (e non sono pochi).
Considerando che ci sono fotografie simili che non ho problemi a definire meravigliose, non trovo altra motivazione se non
che questo sia un EP politico.

I do not want the author but I see a photograph technically wrong and aesthetically questionable.
Would make sense if there was a "place as the document ...." etc.. etc..
The fact however that it is found to be an EP, he did turn off the computer for me and many of my acquaintances (and there are many).
Considering that there are similar photos that I have no problem to define wonderful, I find no other reason except
that this is an EP political.
I apologize to the author, this is my thought, among other things shared by all users that I know. I apologize also Juza but I can not do anything about it, for me, an attendance "hypocritical" to the forum would just be a waste of time.

E visto che non volevo sembrare il solito rompi mi associo al commento negativo di chi mi ha preceduto, ci sono foto in sezione e utenti che per partecipazione e dedizione meriterebbero sicuramente molto di più.
La foto in se può essere sicuramente di documento, ma resta tale, sicuramente non premiata così.

The picture itself can be sure of the document, but this is certainly not rewarded well.

Mi spiace davvero ma sento di dover intervenire anch'io: la mia "coscienza" mi impone di non tacere. Quoto integralmente Momo. E' la mia opinione (e forse non solo mia) ma, a prescindere dai gusti personali di Juza peraltro rispettabilissimi - come quelli di chiunque -, si presume che nel più quotato Forum fotografico italiano, l'EP debba, in qualche modo, rappresentare l'eccellenza.
Io non sono versata in questa tipologia di scatti ma stamattina sono rimasta perplessa nel vedere premiata questa foto. A mio umile parere, il livello tecnico è basso o comunque non sufficiente a rappresentare un punto di arrivo al quale tendere in questo genere fotografico; anch'io vi vedo solo un "documento" interessante.
Sulasula scusami e accetta i miei complimenti per molti altri scatti che sono presenti nelle tue gallerie.
Juza spero di non averti mancato di rispetto.

Ho scelto questa foto perchè, pur non essendo tecnicamente perfetta, ritrae una scena che non si vede spesso in foto e quindi mi ha colpito sopratutto dal punto di vista 'naturalistico'
Ovviamente gli EP sono una mia scelta personale, quindi si può benissimo non essere daccordo, anche se non mi sembra il caso di prendersela :-)
I chose this picture because, while not technically perfect, depicts a scene that is not often seen in the picture and then it hit me especially from the point of view of 'natural' :-)
