Il 28 dicembre sera, prima di osservare e riprendere il pianeta Giove, ho approfittato per effettuare qualche ripresa al nostro satellite naturale. In questa immagine è visibile una parte della regione sud della Luna in cui si può osservare un numero impressionante di crateri di ogni dimensione. Sul terminatore, in basso, si può vedere l'enorme cratere Clavius (circa 230 Km di diametro) e più a nord il cratere Tycho (85 Km di diametro) con il picco centrale. La turbolenza atmosferica era ben visibile durante la ripresa, ma nei momenti di calma l'immagine sullo schermo era molto nitida e ciò mi ha permesso di ottenere questo bel risultato.
