Sì uso abbastanza spesso il moltiplicatore applicato al canon 70-200 f/2.8 per due motivi:
il primo è perchè (come avrai notato dalle mie foto) amo moltissimo vogliere espressioni e visi della gente durante i miei viaggi, e trovo sia molto meno "invasivo" e più corretto non andare sotto il naso della gente per fotografarla; inoltre fotografare senza essere visti a volte migliora la spontaneità dei soggetti.
il secondo motivo è che il 70-200 canon f/2.8 IS (dallo scorso annno possiedo anche la versione II) è un'ottica talmente perfetta che può sopportare il moltiplicatore senza perdere praticamente nulla.
Quindi te ne consiglio l'uso vivamente se fai ritratti. Lo scorso inverno poi ho acquistato il canon 1.4x II e devo dire che è veramente fantastico (ma non l'ho usato in questa foto, mi sono sbagliato a selezionare, qui era la versione I...)

Ma ti confesso che raramente mi capita di vedere foto in grado di colpirmi emotivamente che risultino poi tecnicamente mal eseguite; magari con qualche piccola imperfezione tecnica, questo si (come nel caso di questa foto ad esempio, tecnicamente non il massimo), ma mai veramente mal eseguite.
Credo però ci siano alcune categorie fotografiche, ad esempio il ritratto in studio o la macrofotografia, nel valurate le quali queste considerazioni debbano essere rovesciate..
