lo sfondo è un po' rumoroso e forse c'è qualche bianco un po' al limite; immagino a mano libera, con gli iso già tirati, con soggetto in attività... non so se si poteva far di più...
the background is a bit 'noisy and maybe some white a bit' on the edge, I guess freehand, with the iso already stretched, with the subject in business ... forse c'e ancora spazio per migliorare qualche parametro in pp
per esempio,ma solo per esempio proverei
a)ad abbassare le luci per recuperare un poco sul bianco
b)proverei con l'opzione ombre/luci per recuperare dettagli sulla parte bassa del soggetto
c)proverei magari a dare una passatina con la maschera di contrasto
d)se si dovesse ripresentare rumore di fondo una leggera passata con un programma per la correzione del rumore
prendi questi miei vaneggiamenti ovviamente solo come esempio e nulla altro

perhaps there is still room for improvement in some parameters pp
for example, but only for example would try
a) to dim the lights to recover a little on the white
b) would try with the option shadows / lights to retrieve details on the lower part of the subject
c) maybe I would try to write a puree with the unsharp mask
d) if one were to resubmit background noise a slight passed with a program for the correction of the noise
Take these my ramblings of course only as an example and nothing else

Infas ti ha dato delle ottime dritte da seguire, la farfallina sinceramente è ben composta nel fotogramma manca solo la gestione ottimale della luce.

@Infas: con photoshop come applico il primo punto? Devo farlo in camera raw?
Per la maschera di contrasto tu che impostazioni usi?
Io ho applicato la riduzione del rumore cromatico, poi una maschera di contrasto intensità 20 e raggio 10 px e poi ancora riduzione rumore cromatico più leggera riduzione del rumore della luminanza...qualche altro metodo/impostazioni per procedere?
@ Massimo Menzaghi: esatto, soggetto in movimento e 800 iso (a 1600 la 450D non è utilizzabilissima)
@Maxspin: Erano le 16 circa ed in effetti i bianchi sono un po' sovraesposti :)

For the sharpening settings that you use?
I applied the color noise reduction, then an unsharp mask intensity 20 and 10 px radius and then again lighter color noise reduction noise reduction of luminance ... some other method / settings to do?
@ Maximum Menzaghi: right, moving subject and ISO 800 (in 1600 the 450D is not utilizzabilissima)

P.S.: il file tiff che ho salvato su pc ha un po' meno rumore e colori un po' meno saturi...è la conversione in jpeg che ha questi effetti?
