IC 5070, nebulosa Pellicano (a dire il vero sembra più uno pterodattilo), nella costellazione del Cigno. Assieme alla NGC7000, e appartenente allo stesso complesso nebulare, è una delle nebulose che più mi "appaga" per i dettagli ottenuti utilizzando il filtro a banda stretta. In questa regione hanno formazione tantissime nuove stelle. Dati di ripresa: ASI 183 MC-Pro Celestron RASA 8 IDAS NBZ 37x300", gain: 111, BIN1, -10°C 9 Dark frame Elaborazione: PixInsight e Photoshop, rivisitazione in narrow band.

Il filtro IDAS NBZ taglia tanto, inoltre vivo nella periferia di un piccolo paese nel sud Sardegna, sotto un cielo Bortle 4, e credo che questo sia il grande vantaggio. Ho il privilegio di poter scorgere nettamente la via lattea ad occhio nudo, compresa la zona bassa dello Scorpione, poiché abbastanza lontano dalle luci artificiali.
