La 33 Stradale, disegnata da Franco Scaglione, realizzata dalla Carrozzeria Marazzi e dall'Autodelta è considerata una delle vetture più belle di tutti i tempi. Io ho avuto l'onore di guidarla (anche solo per qualche centinaio di metri...) in fase di restauto una trentina di anni fa. Se ci penso ho ancora adesso i brividi. 1995cc, V8 (!) per 230CV e soli 690kg di peso. E' un modo di fare vetture che ora non può più esistere. Erano periodi in cui si creavano capolavori senza porsi limiti di budget e di vendibilità. Si facevano e basta. Per passione, per amore, per bisogno di mettere in 3D quel che si disegnava in 2D. Si facevano perchè erano emozionanti, perchè dovevano correre e soprattutto dovevano vincere. Si facevano e basta. Come è stato detto recentemente, quest'auto segna un "prima" e un "dopo". La 33 Stradale è la linea di demarcazione tra emozione e meccanica.
