Foros é una localitá della cittá di Yalta in Crimea (a sinistra in lontananza). si considera come una delle localitá piú antiche della Crimea meridionale ed é stata fondata nel V secolo dai greci, ma per la prima volta é stata citata come Fovi nei documenti dei genovesi. alcuni ricercatori affermano che a questo posto c'era una fortezza genovese Fori. a Foros c'era la dacia del governo sovietico, detta anche la dacia di Gorbachov, dov'é stato tenuto durante il tentativo del golpe di stato ad agosto del 1991. al primo piano, a destra vediamo Monte Foros (640m slm)
