Questo di oggi è di splendida Firenze, in Piazza signoria… Loggia dei Lanzi vecchio scatto del 2015 rifatto oggi spero che vi piaccia. Ovvio allego scatto originale JPG per fare confronto e magari un consiglio per fare una composizione piu efficace o giusta… siete liberi a scrivere non solo se vi piace ma soprattutto che cosa non vi piace che cosa potevo fare diverso, meglio secondo voi.. grazie in anticipo…buon proseguimento Peter +++***+++*** Loggia dei Lanzi ***La Loggia dei Lanzi , detta anche Loggia della Signoria , è un edificio situato all'angolo sud di Piazza della Signoria a Firenze , adiacente alla Galleria degli Uffizi (che conduce all'Arno ) e, diagonalmente a est, al Palazzo della Signoria , centro politico della città. La loggia è costituita da tre archi molto alti e ampi che si aprono sulla piazza e, sul lato est, sugli Uffizi. Gli archi poggiano su colonne a grappolo con capitelli corinzi . Gli ampi archi piacevano così tanto ai fiorentini che Michelangelo propose di prolungarli tutt'intorno a Piazza della Signoria. Storia Talvolta erroneamente chiamata Loggia dell'Orcagna perché si pensava fosse opera di quell'artista, fu costruita tra il 1376 e il 1382 da Benci di Cione e Simone di Francesco Talenti , forse su progetto di Jacopo di Cione , per ospitare le assemblee del popolo e le cerimonie pubbliche, come il giuramento del Gonfaloniere di Giustizia e dei Priori . Simone Talenti è noto anche per i suoi interventi nelle chiese di Orsanmichele e di San Carlo dei Lombardi . La vivace costruzione della Loggia è in netto contrasto con la severa architettura di Palazzo Vecchio. È di fatto una galleria di sculture all'aperto di arte antica e rinascimentale . Il nome Loggia dei Lanzi risale al regno del Granduca Cosimo I , quando veniva utilizzata per ospitare i suoi formidabili Lanzichenecchi (in italiano: lanzichenecchi , corrotto in lanzi ), o picchieri mercenari tedeschi. Dopo la costruzione degli Uffizi sul retro della Loggia, il tetto della Loggia fu modificato da Bernardo Buontalenti e divenne una terrazza dalla quale i principi Medici potevano assistere alle cerimonie in piazza.
