Thank you for your comments, in fact this photo belongs to a group of photos taken last year and of which unfortunately, due to a PC problem I lost the RAW and most of these.
I usually tried to adapt the shutter speed and aperture in order to limit the ISO, but this often, shooting handheld, created micro-blur for me.
This year after a series of tests I found a method that almost absolutely avoids the problem, the only downside is the management of high ISO but which, however, thanks to the new SW you can manage very well!
