at 500mm, Posa B f/7.1, ISO 800, tripod.

Hello Manu, I state that I am no expert ... But at this point it seems that the motor of your eq3.2 does what he wants, may be caused, for example the low battery voltage of the motor, or a bad lubrication mechanisms demoltriplica motor, but before alarmed, if not you have not already, you should check both ... replace the batteries if necessary and lubricate the meccania, probably the motor loses power and does not maintain a constant speed, so as I said, always to be inexperienced, or is the low battery voltage or bad Lubrification the movement of the wedge . The stars are a little strips is true, therefore all nebuolasa seems slightly out of focus. Expect Astrotrezzi, Astrokiara, Bal and other amateurs who know more than us to give you their opinion. Comque shame because M42 poteva be really ok. Hello, Beppe

PS: I saw the other pictures you posted, but what I notice in all the pictures, there is a slight out of focus, perhaps like you said Astrochiara at this point it takes you a car driving.

Hello Manu,
the nebula you've posted to be a shot from 5 minutes to 500mm focal EQ3.2 already seems a good result. I have struggled with this frame for a little over two years and the maximum focal useful that I was able to drive manually without problem were 300 mm. After the 300 mm headlights poses longer than 3-5 minutes it was really hard! The photo posted oltrettutto does not seem a blur due to poor tracking of the frame but rather due to a gust of wind or a blow that has rocked the optics for a few seconds.
Renewal, however, still compliments and I wish you a lot of satisfaction with this small but great frame,
hello David

PS: I had added to the autoguider port EQ3.2 applying a small "manual" editing. If you are interested I can send you the material.
