L'edificio, inaugurato il 13 luglio 2022, è stato progettato da BIG , lo studio dell'architetto danese Bjarke Ingels , in collaborazione con Barcode Architects di Rotterdam . La prima volta che BIG ha progettato un edificio nei Paesi Bassi è stata la Terrace Tower , sulla Zuidas ad Amsterdam. L'accesso a questo percorso pedonale è stato incerto per un po' di tempo. L'accesso è gestito dall'associazione dei proprietari di casa dell'edificio (VVE) , che può decidere di aprire il giardino pensile solo per periodi limitati.
