Cortile delle Armi del Castello Sforzesco. Giovedì 7 agosto 2025, 11:51. San Giovanni Nepomuceno è un santo boemo e fu protettore degli eserciti austriaci. Tale statua venne commissionata nel 1727 a Giovanni Dugnani e costituisce una testimonianza storica nel Castello della dominazione absburgica. L'angioletto ai piedi del santo regge una palma del martirio. La Torre di Bona risale alla seconda metà del '400 e il suo attuale aspetto è dovuto al radicale restauro, effettuato nell'ultimo decennio dell'800, dall'architetto Luca Beltrami, che ne ricostruì la parte alta e le merlate.
