Era l'anno 1976, avevo 16 anni, dopo aver ricevuto in regalo la prima macchina fotografica Yahisca, la scoperta del nuovo mondo dell'immagine, mi ha spinto alla ricerca di stimoli, al di fuori dei soliti ritratti di famiglia e foto di viaggio. Fu così che intrapresa la scuola grafica, iniziai a sperimentare l'utilizzo della grafica cartacea abbinata alla fotografia. Ritagliando parti di riviste e giornali (a quei tempi la carta regalava tanti emozionanti scatti) rimpaginavo le immagini aggiungendo altri particolari, che poi riprendevo con la macchina fotografica realizzando diapositive. Mi resi conto della confusione nella realizzazione e quindi nacque l'idea del titolo "Creatività e confusione". Non nascondo che alcuni di questi scatti li inviai a concorsi fotografici, con buoni risultati, vincendone un paio. Queste sono alcune delle immagini digitalizzate, dove è ben evidente la mia inesperienza in campo fotografico e la scarsa qualità delle riprese, accentuata ora nel passaggio al file digitale. Però non so perché ma quel progetto ancora oggi suscità in me grande emozione!
