La seconda attività che offrono Pancho & Daylè è "l'esperienza ai turisti". Consiste nella preparazione di tre cocktail sotto la supervisione di Daylè che ha lavorato dietro i banconi dei locali de La Habana per alcuni anni, mentre il compito del Pancho è raccontare la storia e come sono nati i tre cocktail, lui che in Italia si è laureato in storia contemporanea ed ha fatto due dottorati di ricerca a La Habana, si prepara per raccontare ciò ai turisti.
