Stefano, maybe we crossed paths in Ravenna because I see your photos very similar to my shooting
last week. The only difference I see is in the ISO. My photos are exposed at
lower ISO maybe because there was more light. If you want, you can take a look at what I published on Juza.
I don't know about you, but I was really impressed by San Vitale and the Baptistery, less by the
city of Ravenna... :-( !!
Kind regards, Antonio

Hi Antonio,
your photos are wonderful; the Nikon colors, notoriously + "cold" of the Canon ones, make the blues and greens of the mosaics in a ... wow!!!! ... In fact I found perhaps less lit environments, especially the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia, the attendant could not give me explanations but only recommended, of course, not to use the flash.
I was there on Tuesday 15 us, maybe we really crossed paths.
Greetings also from me.
Stephen

Stefano, I was in Ravenna on the 14th, a day before you!!
In fact, Canon colors are warmer, which sometimes doesn't displease.
Even I in the Mausoleum had to use 4000 iso for some photos... It was really dark..:fsad
In the Mausoleum and in the Baptistery I had to question: they forbade me to use the 14/24 because it was mistaken
for a telephoto given the size of the lens. I explained that it was a wide angle and that therefore I did not commit
any infraction, but what a struggle and how much photographic ignorance there is around!!
Many greetings again, Antonio
