Tubi di prolunga da 10mm e 16mm. Flash Godox V860II. Diffusore macro Cygnustech. Due esemplari di Sarcophaga carnaria ripresi in accoppiamento. Riconoscibili per il torace grigio con tre bande scure e l'addome a scacchiera, queste mosche carnivore sono più grandi della comune mosca domestica. A differenza della maggior parte delle altre mosche (come la Musca domestica), che sono ovipare e depongono uova, Sarcophaga carnaria è ovovivipara: le femmine partoriscono direttamente larve vive, i cosiddetti bigattini, già pronti a nutrirsi. Questi vengono depositati su carcasse, feci o ferite aperte, dove iniziano immediatamente la fase di crescita. Oltre al loro ruolo nella decomposizione, le larve vengono impiegate anche come esche nella pesca e in ambito forense per la stima dell'intervallo post-mortem.
