Sport metafora della vita, una pratica umana in grado di generare valori: si può sbagliare, cadere ma bisogna sempre trovare il modo di ritornare in piedi e trovare modi per andare avanti. Sport e filosofia, un legame antico e profondo: mai mettere in movimento l'anima senza il corpo, né il corpo senza l'anima, affinché ciascuno dei due divenga equilibrato e sano. Nell'antica Grecia il vigore del corpo e quella della mente erano elementi collegati e complementari per riuscire a perfezionare sé stessi. Se le nostre possibilità fisiche sono in gran parte già decise alla nascita, l'unica, vera, libertà di cui disponiamo è quella interiore: le doti naturali per accrescere la libertà dell'anima.
