Un'opera di 30 metri che sembra nuotare nel cielo, silenziosa e maestosa. Realizzata da Marco Balich per celebrare la fauna marina minacciata del Qatar, è un omaggio alla vita e alla speranza che dal fondo del mare arriva fino al cuore della città.
