La foto che avevo in mente era diversa, il punto di ripresa doveva essere sul lato destro del corso d'acqua ma non me la sono sentita di attraversarlo, le pietre di appoggio erano scivolose in maniera incredibile e talmente lontane una dall'altra che non era possibile provarne la tenuta. Non sembra, ma la pendenza già pochi decine di centimetri a valle del punto di passaggio era notevole, se fossi scivolato mi sarei fatto certamente male e magari avrei danneggiato l'attrezzatura.
L'età mi ha consigliato così.
Nello scatto manca tutto il torrentello che scende a valle come linea guida verso il paese e faraglioni, però ho entrambe i femori ancora intatti

Fabrizio, ho provato il tuo consiglio ed effettivamente rende bene, è una visione differente. Mi piacciono molto le foto panoramiche su più scatti, sto sperimentando anche quelle in verticale (questa è di 3), ci devo prendere un po' la mano, talvolta il risultato può apparire molto meno naturale rispetto a pano "classiche" orizzontali o multi row.

Hai fatto bene a non rischiare la vita per andare dall'altra parte del torrente, dalla quale il pdr era sicuramente migliore e ti avrebbe impedito di coprire parzialmente il limitare sinistro del paese con l'omino di pietra (detto "cairn")! E' bello fotografare ma nessuna fotografia vale il rischio di una brutta caduta: ho avuto modo di sperimentare quanto ripidi (e scivolosi) sono i sentieri alle Faroe!
Il risultato è comunque molto piacevole: è un luogo davvero unico e incantevole! Non mi sono inerpicato fin lassù (a proposito, hai fatto il trail fino a Saksun?), ma ho preferito riprenderlo dal mare...

Sara' per l'eta' della raggiunta maturita', ma ho avuto veramente timore nel muovermi oltre i limiti della certezza.
Lo ho sperimentato in maniera ancora maggiore a Drangarnir, dove nonostante un paio di persone abbiano raggiunto l'estremita' della punta a livello del mare, io non ci sono andato. Il ghiaccio vivo era molto meno pericoloso di quel tratto in piano sulle rocce viscide. Ho fatto 10 metri in 5 minuti e poi sono tornato indietro, mi sarei fatto male sicuramente. Quando sei rigido per la paura e poco sicuro, sei gia' a buon punto per un pessimo epilogo.
