Un palazzo alla fine di via Appennini, visto da via Borsa. Via Appennini delimita il confine settentrionale della parte del Quartiere Gallaratese più lontana dal centro della città (Gallaratese G2 nel piano originale), di cui via Mario Borsa costituisce l'asse centrale, estendendosi da poco dopo Bonola fino a Molino Dorino; questa parte del quartiere è stata edificata dopo la zona G1, tra la metà degli anni '60 e la metà degli anni '70. Tutto il lato meridionale di via Appennini è fiancheggiato da palazzi simili a questo per dimensioni e colore. Dal tetto del palazzo spunta una torre di trasmissione Telecom situata a circa mezzo chilometro di distanza, in comune di Pero [Milano, agosto 2016].
