Thank you Saverio, even more appreciated appreciation because the subject was definitely not photogenic :-D

Hi Paolo, I see that you are back in the archipelago! :-) Is it a recent shot?
I came back last night... 8-) This is the iconic place you love so much: I remembered it when I visited it! ;-) It's really beautiful: I found a suggestive condition, with the fog rising from below, not easy to photograph but very beautiful to see! :-)

Hi Alberto, I was there between the end of May and the beginning of June. My mantra for these trips to the north is: no regrets, no pissed off. Referring to the weather. Well, this time it was hard. Rain, a lot of rain, crazy wind (it rained horizontally ..), often flat light. I had big plans, especially walking in places I had skipped because of the rain last time and new places. I didn't do anything. This is one of a few moments of good light, along with Kasloy, that I have yet to edit.
I always have little time, I put the photos as I can arrange them.
How did it go for you?
I'm waiting for yours!
Greetings
Paul

Well, I was able to see for myself the variability of the Faroese climate! Despite having a flexible schedule and double bookings, I couldn't do everything I set out to do. However, I appreciated how the Faroese have perfectly adapted to this climate and I have enjoyed the places and situations even when the light was not photogenic, on the contrary! I took a few shots, but without fears.
Paradoxically, when there was a storm with winds at 80 km/h that you couldn't even get out of the car, it was one of the most exciting moments: seeing the waterfalls rising upwards, it's priceless! :-)
Calmly, I'll publish something... ;-)

Reading about your sacrifices to explore such a harsh land makes the shot even more exciting and full of atmosphere :-)

Alberto, I love waterfalls too.. on the contrary.
When I get to edit the Fossa folder I hope to come up with something proposable. I spent hours on the opposite side of the fjord waiting for some rays of sunshine to come out to illuminate the waterfall. There was enough water (certainly not the one you can find in April) and also an appreciable breeze :-D
You will give me your sincere opinion when I manage to publish it.
Greetings
Paul
