Premesso che il 99% degli scatti che girano qui sono postprodotti, la postproduzione è necessaria per vari motivi; alcuni oggettivi altri pratici ed altri ancora necessari proprio per far sì che quello che hai visto tu sia effettivamente quello che ottieni.
Considera anche che l'immagine che trovi sulla scheda non è quello che hai visto ma quello che il programma della macchina decide che sia (soprattutto se scatti in P o addirittura in A); quindi una ripassata in Lr o Ps è fortemente consigliata. La stessa foto scattata con macchine diverse (a parità di focale e di dimensioni sensore) può dare -anzi, dà- risultati diversi.
Un caso famoso è il famoso rosso/verde che Canon e Nikon "interpreta" in maniera diversa.
Prova a scattare una scena in montagna con della neve e vedi se quello che esce dalla macchina è quello che hai visto prima dello scatto: tutta un'altra cosa.
Se non altro la post serve a correggere "errori" o sviste prese in fase di scatto: raddrizzamenti, bilanciamento, distorsioni, aberrazioni ecc... la post è un passaggio obbligato.
Anche io scatto per divertimento, ma purtroppo o per fortuna il digitale (ma anche l'analogico, sia chiaro) comporta certi obblighi.
Questo è il consiglio che mi sento di darti: qui ci sono fotografi eccezionali. Attingi da loro, vai a mostre, leggi libri di fotografia sia dei grandi del passato così come di quelli contemporanei e magari frequenta club o corsi di fotografia.
