e si, dopo molti anni questo incantevole luogo ove ho avuto la fortuna di passare stupende giornate in ogni stagione è stato messo in vendita. Peccato ma il propietario, mio amico e compagno di scuola, ha ritenuto che il nostro apporto di manutenzione anche dedizione al magnifico luogo, andasse interrrotto...per raggiunti limiti di età..e di forze! Quasi 2 ettari di terreno spioventi verso la magnifica Valsesia con esposizione a sud, 2 baite e 8 posti letto, 4 bagni, termoautonome ed elettricamente indipendenti...andavano lasciate ai più giovani. Il lavoro di conservazione e cura molti lo declinano a terzi e delegano a ditte varie...ma volete mettere quando tu sei in grado di fare ciò che era il tuo progetto e realizzarlo di persona? Va beh, otto anni di 'divertimento' e soddisfazioni...adesso basta!...pure sua moglie non era d'accordo ma la realtà dell'età non lascia scampo! Unica piccola soddisfazione è almeno che con il giusto prezzo...e non è poco... ci si consoli della perdita, ma io personalmente non farei il cambio...vedete ben che spettacolo!
