A circa 2 km da Castelsardo si trova un altro angolo di paradiso, Cala Ostina. Una piccola insenatura circondata da due alti promontori di natura vulcanica con una folta vegetazione di macchia mediterranea che la proteggono dalle correnti e dal maestrale e dal mare con sfumature che vanno dal verde all'azzurro. Mai troppo affollata, anche per via del percorso piuttosto impervio raggiungibile solo a piedi di circa 300 metri.
