Paolo great idea, then next week I will publish the "Weiß" as per your suggestion...
Gianfranco I used f13 to have more depth of field and therefore the female a little more in focus (it doesn't seem like it but the female was about 1 meter further than the male) so there was a lot of light and I had no problems with timing.

Gianfranco ho usato f13 per avere più profondità di campo e quindi la femmina un pò più a fuoco (non sembra ma la femmina era circa 1 metro più in là del maschio) tanto c'era molta luce e non avevo problemi di tempi.
