Qui si trova la statua di un pittore intento a dipingere dell'artista Carl Heinz Schroth che, rimasto colpito e innamorato di questo borgo, decise di omaggiarla in questo modo. Il titolo dell'opera è “Il quadro perfetto”, come se l'artista volesse lasciare libera immaginazione alle persone che ne fanno visita. la si può ammirare sul piccolo e romantico terrazzo che chiude il giardino di Villa Bossi, attuale sede del Municipio..."Orta è per me il più bel posto del mondo" soleva dire l'attore e regista austriaco Karl-Heinz Schroth, che ha voluto donare all'amato borgo la statua che lo ritrae mentre dipinge davanti al lago. Orta S. Giulio (No). La scultura (realizzata in bronzo dall'artista Herbert A. Kübler), che ritrae Karl-Heinz Schroth, mentre dipinge (attività del regista negli ultimi anni di vita, quando soggiornava spesso a Orta). Si trova nel giardino - terrazza di villa Bossi (sede del Municipio) ad Orta San Giulio, sull'omonimo lago, con vista sull'Isola di San Giulio.
