Dalla mia finestra vedevo questo e ho ripensato a quando si parlava di crisi immobiliare cinese: km di grattacieli vuoti o non terminati che si stanno degradando con il tempo. A sostegno della crisi il governo e le sue banche hanno concesso crediti che servono a ristrutturare e completare le case non ancora finite e lasciate a metà, ma non stimolano la domanda di case. Non aiutano a smaltire le case in eccesso, costruite e lasciate vuote. In altre parole, Pechino sta agendo ancora dal lato dell'offerta, e parzialmente, senza sostenere la domanda. In Cina si stima ci siano appartamenti in grado di ospitare circa 3 miliardi di persone mentre la popolazione è di circa 1,4 miliardi: in pratica ogni persona dispone di >2 appartamenti a testa, A tutto questo si aggiunge il calo del PIL e la guerra commerciale in atto a complicare la situazione. Una precisazione: la foto può apparire sfuocata ma è l'effetto dell'inquinamento delle numerose fabbriche; le auto non c'entrano perché ho solo e sempre visto una gran quantità di auto e motorini elettrici.
