Nice capture of the pilgrim's frontal flight!
the light rain enriches the scene from a dynamic point of view.
Congratulations Luca, excellent performance!

Thank you Antonio. Insist that sooner or later ..... I bet some of my dreams for you are habitual subjects.
What I have noticed in these years of birdlife is that some species, which always seem to escape us, suddenly we manage to photograph them; either for a tip from a friend or for a lucky chance. Mysteriously, it then becomes almost normal to meet them. Maybe it's just because we learn about their habits and frequent areas where they are more likely to be encountered. In the case of the pilgrim in the photo, I am lucky enough to have a nesting site a few minutes from home where we have been following beautiful broods for a few years. At this time one of the parents is always in the nest and they take turns hunting and feeding. This means that we will soon see the little :-D Last year the first photos of the little ones were at the end of May, so we are close.
Best regards
Luca
