1/60 f/6.7, ISO 1600, hand held.

Alboreto gareggiò in diverse Categorie: Formula Monza, Formula Italia, Formula 3, Formula 2, Formula 1, DTM (Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters), ITCC (International Touring Car Championship) e Campionato del Mondo Sport Prototipi. (c) lucianoserra.d

Welcome back Luciano.
I missed your testimonies of this world of four wheels, even if I have always preferred two wheels (knobby ;-) ).
One of the great characters of speed taken up in this helmet that is recognized by its age compared to the most recent models.
Always well detailed in your ancient passion.
On the job my friend.
Have a nice weekend

Another knight without blemish or fear who left us prematurely. Good times those when electronics and technology were reduced to the bone and the rider's foot could make the difference. Great memories Luciano... Thank you!!!!
bye gios ;-)

This is a great memory of Michele Alboreto.
I had the pleasure of meeting him a couple of times in Monte Carlo, always available.
I was a kid and for me he was a myth, I remember the first time on the pier of the Riva Bateaux that I met him and my legs were shaking.
Too bad he didn't collect what he deserved.

Beautiful photo and thank you for your story, I remember at the F1 GPs that they shouted Michele, he was a good driver and a polite and delightful person.
