Hey, the title as a portrait is interesting, would you explain better what you mean?
However, I take a well-composed shot and within the series it means a meaning, an evolution. The idea of the orange that opens from intact and leaves its remains is very emblematic.
Colors and lights managed at the top.
Good bravo

eii, thank you very much first of all for the comment :)
This series was made as an experiment, I had never approached still life in a serious way before, and coming from a conception of narrative photography, we can say, I wanted to incorporate a story, a dialectic within this composition. I see these photos as a portrait of the human experience, we start as a single body, intact and ready to receive the experiences of life, evolution leaves marks and can seem almost painful but in the end the substance remains the same, it only changes shape. The glass, on the other hand, depicts the solidity of the principles that everyone carries from birth or that are formed during life, these principles always remain there, perhaps they change in content but they are what give stability to our life.
I hope I have answered your question and I remain available for further clarification :)
