Very nice idea to include the tree in the foreground !!
Did you do Focus Stacking on PC or did Sony implement it in the room with an update?

Show... Once upon a time, certain results were obtained only with the optical bench.

Splendid view of the precious castle framed by the tree. Excellent idea of focus stacking :-)

I'm not sure if the tree in the frame is an added
value

Beautiful composition and nice colors, I follow to know if focus stacking is a feature implemented on the 7r3

Very beautiful, the tree partly hides the modern city directing the gaze to the castle, too bad for the high voltage pylons at the top right on the mountains and for the two modern buildings always on the right otherwise you were transported to the past!

Thank you all for the comments!
Focus stacking was done with Photoshop using layer masks, no Sony has this feature in-camera.

Very beautiful, the tree in focus together with the background contributes to the compositional balance of the image. Did you take just two shots for the foreground and background or a larger number? However, I understand that at least the a7r5 and the a6700 have focus bracketing in the camera, even if then you have to merge the shots with the computer.

Only two shots :-)
Focus bracketing is there (although in this case I didn't use it, given the simplicity of the scene), but by focus stacking we mean a function that also does the actual union, and on Sony it is not present.

Congratulations, a great job indeed, also given the fairly uniform sky, including the tree plan with focus stacking is great!
