Polpo dagli anelli blu (Hapalochlaena lunulata).

A photo in my opinion not simple, but it enhanced the splendid colors of the subject.

Small curiosity.
The venom of the blue-ringed octopus (tetradotoxin) is the same venom that the pufferfish is equipped with.
And, in both cases, the venom is not produced by the main animal (blue-ringed octopus or pufferfish), but by bacterial communities that live in symbiosis within it

Beautiful specimen that I didn't know, thank goodness it's good and flashes to the unfortunate person who disturbs it :-D
Great capture.

Thank you all for your comments. Essezeta is correct what you wrote. The venom is produced by the bacterial communities that live in symbiosis and dwell in its salivary glands. The toxin they produce is neurotoxic and causes progressive paralysis of voluntary musculature.
