29/01/25 Sella Frerone m. 2510 La voglia di andare a vedere cosa è successo in montagna è più forte dell'impegno di andare anche il giorno successivo con gli amici… Dopotutto due è meglio di uno! Sorpresa: niente in assoluto fino a m. 1700 ma appena sopra, tanta neve, probabilmente caduta pesante insieme alla pioggia che il freddo della serenata notturna ha reso un perfetto fondo duro, su cui, a completare l'opera, si è depositato un'ultimo strato di 5 cm di neve leggera e farinosa certamente caduta nelle ultime ore della perturbazione. Insomma l'ideale per il piacere dello scialpinista… A Bazena m. 1800 si arriva quasi senza incontrare la neve ma subito ci si muove su terreno perfettamente innevato. Seguo una traccia ma salendo vedo sulla pala del Frerone un salitore solitario che poi scende con una traccia perfetta. Per risparmiare energie lo seguo solo fino a raggiungere la selletta che immette nel canalone finale a quota m. 2500.
