I took the same shot on Saturday 25th... I bet you leaned on the same column that I used (and many others before me).
Unfortunately my sky was totally gray... :-(

Thank you all for the comments!
Did you remove the crane behind the Duomo in p.p. or were you lucky enough that it was turned the other way?

I hadn't even noticed it :-) I would say that I was lucky, enlarging that area the crane is there, but it is turned in a way that makes it almost invisible

The chromatic detachment between warm and cold tones is beautiful.

Wonderful photo, finally the flow of the waters has a natural look, inflated the silk effect, beautiful colors and sky.

I just bought it for the Sony A7R-V.
I tested it with photos of architecture in interiors, without a tripod: the most surprising thing is the sharpness at the edges.
Also in this shot, just look at the seam lines between the stones of the bridge (in the right corner) to be very favorably impressed.

Great color, excellent framing, an applause for the water "that looks like water", which I always appreciate (at relatively short exposure and freehand).

Splendid composition x my tastes I would have given a little less contrast.
Have a nice day :-P

Nice pdr perfectly filmed.
The Sigma in these circumstances is excellent, I have had it and regret it more than a few times.
