L'Elmo di Thor, NGC2359. Si trova nella costellazione del Cane Maggiore e dista dalla terra poco meno di 12000 anni luce. E' una elaborazione HOO con stelle RGB. In sostanza nel canale R ho messo l'idrogeno e nei canali G e B l'ossigeno terzo per quanto riguarda le emissioni. Invece le stelle provengono da una sessione in banda larga per dargli un colore naturale. In totale poco meno di 5 ore di integrazione in 3 serate non eccelse con RC8 a focale piena (1624 mm) e camera mono (filtri banda stretta 6.5 NM).
