Ero ai laghi di Ponteranica, il monte a sinista è il Valletto.
Incredibile ma vero, questa foto l'ho scattata sabato scorso (incredibile perchè eravamo "solo" a quota 2.100m, versante sud, eppure abbiamo trovato ancora neve ed i laghi ghiacciati...)

Unbelievable but true, this photo I took it last Saturday (amazing because we were "only" at an altitude of 2,100 m, south side, yet we still found snow and frozen lakes ...)

Battista quest'anno non mi meraviglio. Guarda una delle mie foto nella galleria sci alpinismo con titolo verso il sole in BN; è stata scattata sul versante nord del Ponteranica. Per valutare il pendio a quota 2100 per toccare il suolo ho dovuto estrarre la sonda da valanga (240 cm) e affondarla fino al gomito = 3 mt di neve ! La cima sulla dx è il Valletto !

Baptist this year I am not surprised. Look at one of my photos in the gallery ski mountaineering with title to the sun in BN; was taken on the north side of Ponteranica. To evaluate the slope at an altitude of 2100 to hit the ground I had to pull the avalanche probe (240 cm) and sink it to the elbow = 3 meters of snow! The top on the right is the Footman!

Bella foto anche qui in Piemonte quest'anno c'è ancora molta neve cosiderato il periodo,ieri sono salito al rifugio città di Busto a 2480 mt. in val Formazza e ho dovuto superare parecchi nevai con altezza non indifferente...di solito a luglio gli anni scorsi i sentieri erano praticamenti sgombri...
Nice picture ;-) here in Piedmont this year there is still a lot of snow cosiderato the period, yesterday I went up to the refuge city of Busto to 2480 mt. in Pomatt and I had to overcome several snowfields with considerable height ... usually in July the past few years the trails were praticamenti mackerel ... In effetti si, quest'anno è veramente strano il tempo, questa primavera tanta neve ed anche ora continui e repentini cambiamenti metereologici consentono solo uscite all'aperto per lo più fugaci e con l'occhio sempre attento al cielo... Speriamo si sistemi un pò questo clima, sia quello meteo che quello sociale...
