3 ore sull'ammasso delle Pleiadi, uno dei miei soggetti preferiti di questo periodo. Ho effettuato questa ripresa il 26 dicembre con la strumentazione dell'osservatorio in remoto. Sono 36 pose da 300s a gain 100, riprese con la ASI2600MC Pro a fuoco di un Askar 103APO ridotto a 420mm (f4). Questa è la seconda versione dell'immagine, sono stato molto attento allo stretching dell'immagine per non bruciare le stelle ma allo stesso tempo estrarre tutto il segnale possibile dalle deboli strutture delle polveri. Credo, ma non sono sicuro, si possa vedere anche il debole 'baffo' di IC349 vicino alla stella Merope, ovviamente senza dettagli per via della corta focale di ripresa, ma è una gran bella soddisfazione. Ho intenzione di aggiungere ancora parecchia integrazione per cercare di migliorare il rapporto segnale/rumore sulle polveri e dare maggiore risalto a tutta la regione che circonda questo splendido ammasso.
