10.08.2017 La più grande migrazione di mammiferi del nostro pianeta, oltre due milioni di erbivori attraversano il fiume Mara ogni anno per spostarsi dal Serengeti al Masai Mara e viceversa. Uno spettacolo della natura unico e maestoso, indimenticabile per chi come noi ha avuto la fortuna di viverlo in prima fila. Emozionante, sorprendente, scioccante…è difficile trovare aggettivi adatti a descrivere un cosi eccezionale evento naturale. Un ricordo che vale tutto un viaggio e ancor di più. Un racconto che i nostri occhi potranno raccontare. Un evento in cui Leoni e Coccodrilli vestono la parte di arbitri di un viaggio lungo e faticoso che Gnu, Zebre e Antilopi compiono ogni anno dalla notte dei tempi. Nell'immagine una Leonessa che preda un piccolo di Gnu durante il crossing nel fiume Mara. Quel giorno furono quattro le vittime cadute agli attacchi della Regina del Mara, i cadaveri venivano lasciati ancora agonizzanti sul luogo del delitto...abbiamo aspettato almeno 2 ore per rivedere la Leonessa tornare, finito il crossing, a recuperare le sue prede per portarle al branco. Una scena da pelle d'oca che le immagini possono solamente raccontare in parte. Situazione molto complicata a causa della polvere, della luce molto dura e della concitazione del momento. Versione rivista seguendo i consigli degli amici di Juza ;-) #wild #safari
