A photo which shows sensitivity and care. Beautiful light and color, the moment is simply beautiful and poetic. Compliments. A greeting.

You know, Ben, that the first title that I posted was just "The Ages of Life"?! .. Then the call too opinionated to Klimt (and the lack of the middle!) Made me give up, but yes, here anyway what intrigues me in this image is precisely the existential conflict between the elderly who seek in the landscape their past (a lot) and their future (soon) and child who seeks the stimuli of its present and that the landscape cares much ... and this attitude is also evidenced by the compositional point of view: the two, sitting, look towards the west (the sun turns off), the little girl, standing, turned to the east (the rising sun). ... then that older people have two legs around like the little girl, well ..... ;-) Thanks Cecco and thanks Paul for the changeover and excuse me if I have dwelt too!

I love it for the light to all the subjects great and very obviously natural!
Maybe and maybe just to my taste I would keep slightly narrower ....
but it's just my opinion ;-) :-)

@ LDLs Thanks! Welcome to my gallery! Hello ;-)

@ Red Thanks and welcome to you too! I gave space to the landscape because for me it is a fundamental element of the "story" but we are rightly in the field (sacrosanto!) of his compositional vision! Hello ;-)

Photo beautiful.

ps. @ John: the point is that George is able to make great shots even with much less than what you have listed. :-)
