 direi che venti metri e non croppata e ottima . con il mio sigma 120 400 . la magiatoia a 3,5 mt con la 7d diventano 640 mm un passeroto rimane sempre piccolo . potrei moltiplicarlo col 1,4 , ma mi mancano dei gradi alla vista ,
enon riesco a fuocheggiare bene . pensavo il sigma 50 500 mm . cosa ne dici ciao roby silverio

Ciao Silverio penso che ti convenga tenerti il 120 400 ed eventualmente croppare sicuramente ci guadagni in nitidezza.
Una cosa che non capisco è che io con la mia 600d il 100 400 e moltiplicatore 1.4 non riscontro grossi problemi di messa a fuoco basta che che ci sia contrasto rispetto allo sfondo stessa prova con 7d di un amico e stesso soggetto una fatica tremenda. 
Hello Silverio Agree I think you'll keep the 120 400 and possibly crop and surely there gains in sharpness.
One thing I do not understand is that I do with my 600d 100 400 and the 1.4 multiplier does not stop big problems focusing enough that there is contrast to the background 7d same test with the same subject of a friend and a tremendous effort. wow! ho provato con il 1,4 e mi diventa f 8 la mia 7 d non accetta l'autofocus , quindi defo fucheggiare manualmente con il mio sigma 100 400 . ho provato tante volte , ma nulla da fare , pazienza vedro cosa fare con il tempo .
