Il capoluogo è Laguardia, posta a 45 chilometri dalla città di Vitoria-Gasteiz e a 18 chilometri da Logroño. Sono paesi tradizionalmente legati alla cultura del vino, che conservano ancora il fascino dei borghi medievali costruiti tra i vigneti.
