Un lungo corteggiamento, non di ore ma di giorni, in cui si susseguono approcci, dapprima timidi poi sempre più insistenti, respingimenti, accoppiamenti, ruggiti liberatori, momenti di tregua seguiti da nuovi inizi. Protagonisti una femmina molto determinata nell'imporre i tempi e i modi dei “lavori” e un giovane e impaziente maschio che esprime tutto il suo disappunto nel doverli subire. Il palcoscenico di questo spettacolo è un “kopjes”, caratteristiche rocce arrotondate del Serengeti.
