Gion Area, Kyoto. We're in a Bakery. This guy was cooking in front of the clients, just in correspondence of the main entrance, salty biscuits. Was very nice to watch, because the preparation reflect what the people did in the past. He had his saccapoche hanged on a chain with a pan below, a sort of iron plates where he lay on the saccapoche liquid, and a blanket full of beans on his leg, that used to throw on the liquid lay on the plate. Obviously this nice show, caught lots of attentions, especially one on the window.... ^_^
