Notte sul 24/11/24, giorno del mio compleanno, ho festeggiato così. Ho preso la mia bellissima Nikon, obiettivi, treppiedi e Toyota, e siamo andati alla volta della via latte che però non sono in alcun modo riuscito a fotografare (come sempre fortunatissimo...), ma se non ho avuto fortuna in questo, di sicuro nella vita sono estremamente fortunato in altro, difatti quella sera feci una bellissima conoscenza. Tra il buio della notte, il chiarore delle stelle e il silenzio della natura, piano piano cominciai a sentire un rumore tra la neve e le piante; Sulle prime non nego assolutamente di essermi davvero atterrito. Solo ed armato di una Nikon D700 d'una baracca di treppiedi assolutamente inadeguato. Dalle piante esce un lupo selvatico, davvero enorme. Divenni bianco dalla paura a quel punto. Il Lupo piano piano si avvicina a me e comincia ad odorarmi, io avevo in tasta solo un cioccolatino (MAI E DICO MAI DARE IL CIOCCOLATO AGLI ANIMALI, PER LORO E' VELENO!!), forse questo mi ha salvato? Scartai il cioccolatino, che avevo in tasca in quanto io non mangio cioccolata, dolci, gelati et similia, e lo diedi a questo lupo, lui l'ha provato ma non l'ha mangiato. Comunque dopo questo gesto, il lupo si è seduto e mi guardava fisso, poi di nuovo si è avvicinato, ancora una volta ed ancora una. In breve non si è più mosso da me. Addirittura sono riuscito a toccarlo ed accarezzarlo, ma appena provavo anche lentamente ad avvicinare la mano alla tasca per prendere il cellulare e fargli una foto, ecco che di corsa scappava e si allontanava. Che sia stato già a contatto con l'uomo? Per mezz'ora avevo il lupo vicino a me come se fosse stato un Mastino che protegge e fa compagnia al padrone. La notte passò lenta e piacevole. Appena andai via lo salutai e lo guardai. Salito in macchina lui si è seduto e mi ha guardato andare via. Ricorderò sempre questo bellissimo momento, ricorderò sempre questo mio compleanno, e sosterrò vita natural durante la mia tesi : "Sono meglio gli animali dei cristiani". Chissà, forse un giorno incontrerò di nuovo questo lupo? Forse sarà lui a ritrovare me? Passo San Pellegrino
