Tragic memories... It was the father of a friend of mine who collaborated in the "reassembly" of the wreckage of the DC9, former head of the Alitalia DC9 maintenance / overhaul department, I know this "label" very well having worked for 24 years in the Alitalia engine department, the label in question is a "model 61" used to identify at first glance the inefficient parts from the efficient ones, the red plate could be removed, below there was the green one for the efficient parts, nice photo congratulations!
