Carlo you are probably right, moreover in my opinion if the lens has a similar rendering at 420 mm at 800 mm it becomes very unusable: it loses a lot of contrast, and above all the corners are very muddy.
All in all I think that to have a little fun it is worth the 100 euros it costs, without having any kind of pretense of course, but I would use it on aps-c or full-frame in DX mode, to eliminate the corners.

Carlo probabilmente hai ragione, inoltre secondo me se l'obiettivo ha una resa simil-decorosa a 420 mm a 800 mm diventa invece molto poco fruibile: perde molto contrasto, e soprattutto gli angoli sono molto impastati.
Tutto sommato credo che per divertirsi un pochino valga i 100 euro che costa, senza avere nessun tipo di pretesa ovviamente, ma io lo utilizzerei su aps-c o su full-frame in modalità DX, per eliminare gli angoli.
