La cappella dedicata alla Purificazione di Maria fu voluta dai Connestabili, con la funzione di pantheon familiare e costruita tra gli anni 1482 e 1496 da Simón de Colonia nel deambulatorio della cattedrale; mostra uno stile di transizione dal gotico al rinascimentale .
