I am fascinated by these landscapes, it looks like an oil painting on canvas from how "unrealistic" this place is, oh my goodness what stuff.
Congratulations Alberto.
A warm greeting.

The watercourse flows between the alternation of soft hills completely bare of vegetation. Undoubtedly particular, almost unreal and with primordial features this location
Nice shot

You really like the vertical format which by the way in this shot is perfect.
Excellent composition with the diagonal start of the watercourse, at the bottom right, introduces us to this fantastic "lunar"
landscapeGreat photo, congratulations Alberto.
Have a nice day

The thing that strikes me most about this photo is the interlocking of the slopes that form the zigzag in which the stream flows, a scene that you captured well as usual.
congratulations.

I agree with Pietro.I don't know about him but I would have cut just under the snow.
I always see something too much in these photos.

An almost unreal landscape in terms of conformation and colors taken with magnificent pdr and composition. Beautiful shot.

Thank you all for the nice comments and suggestions! :-)
Regarding the cut of the frame, in my opinion it depends on what you want to represent and convey; Pietro's proposal, but above all Simone's go towards an even more "abstract" landscape, focusing attention on the alternation of colored dunes and it is certainly a valid possibility.
My choice, to which I remain faithful, is however dictated by the desire to tell a little more about this landscape, whose watercourse (moreover soaked in hot springs along the way), originates from the snowfields in the background and over the years a winding road has been dug between the rhyolite rocks ... That "genesis" was important to me, that's why I included it (when I studied the location before the trip I hoped to find some snowfields again! :-D ;-) ).

Excellent composition and perfect vertical cut.
The landscape, almost lunar, is fascinating, and looks like a real painting.
Congratulations Alberto, hello!
